Voter Engagement: Write Postcards
POSTCARDS ARE HERE!
We have 15,000 postcards for Ken McCool, the dynamic candidate for NC House District 105 working hard to defeat turncoat Tricia Cotham. This race was won by 213 votes in 2024 out of 54,385 votes cast. The postcards you send will go to an infrequent voter, or a resident of an apartment or senior housing—voters that could truly make the difference in this critical race. They are in bundles of 50 and need to be written and stamped by October 1st.
Many of you have already picked up about 400 bundles of the GOTV cards to North Carolina voters from Postcards to Swing States — a terrific start to this important work. That leaves about 900 more waiting at 17 different pickup sites for you to go get them and write them over the summer to be mailed on October 21st.
Plan a postcard writing party for your friends, share a bundle with a family member, schedule a weekly coffee gathering with your neighbors, whatever you can do to help get these important postcards written. A popular activity is grabbing an extra bundle to take on vacation to the beach—a bit of sand will add a personal touch! Don't forget to buy your Forever Postcard stamps ASAP - price will increase on 7/12.
