Indivisible Charlotte Leadership and the Research team recommend that you vote Against all three proposed amendments on the November ballot. Each amendment puts detailed, contested policy choices into North Carolina’s Constitution - where it is much harder to adjust as facts, budgets, and public needs change - rather than leaving them in ordinary law, where elected officials can revise them and voters can hold them accountable.
