More than 1700 of you have expressed interest in writing political postcards for the 2026 election season, so we will once again be working with the largest, most professional providers of them, Postcards To Swing States, a project from the Progressive Turnout Project. They will be concentrating on just a handful of states for the midterms and have included North Carolina as being crucial in their Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts. There will be their usual statewide GOTV cards delivered to us in May to be written over the summer and mailed in October. Additionally, NC will be included in their newer program of News Boosting Cards which will be delivered starting in late November to be written and mailed between 2/5/26 and 4/27/26. As usual, they will provide the cards at no cost and writers need to provide the postage as well as writing the addresses and messages. There may be other campaigns available to us as candidates get more organized. Here is a brief SURVEY to complete to indicate your level of interest, which will assist greatly in planning this very labor-intensive project.
